horrible - Applications Developer Morningstar Employee Review

application development at this company is horrible. Typically, products run by people with tech background are decent, but the work style is horrible because those tech managers/directors are very pushy and mean. Products run by people with non-tech background is in hell, they use project managers without any knowledge of technology or finance or business. The worse part if those project managers pretend they know more than you do and acts like a boss checking your status every day. What ends up is tech people lost morale very quickly after working with those project manager.
