This place is a joke. The Human Resource department is run with those who could care less about the employees. They needed to reduce staff so they gathered up a bunch of folks and got rid of them, I'm reading that they got no package. Not the least surprised. One who holds a high level management position overseeing Software Engineering ... never wrote a line of code in his/her life! This is the type of person you'll be taking direction from if your an Engineer. Notice that some of the good reviews on the forum are from non engineers - you know, the ones that have those cushy jobs like making sure the copy machine has paper. You will NOT find good reviews from Engineers as they are abused! My suggestion is if don't want to ruin your Engineering career, go elsewhere! During my tenure I saw lots of good people quit in frustration. You'll never be appreciated and you'll be overworked! Guaranteed if you take a job here, within 6 months or so you'll wish you didn't.
