First, I am sorry that you had a less than desirable experience as an employee of Morrie's. The spirit and promise of Buy Happy has meaning in the workplace as well. I, we all work very hard to make certain that we have put people in a position that allows them to do what they do best naturally, to have fun at work, to earn a fair wage. We always take a share of the responsibility when someone fails in a position. Second, to your specific comments about the GM and SM changes, we were forced to make a change during our recent ownership transition. As we sought the right type of leader for the store, we ended up changing GMs again. This is not typical of Morrie's. We pride ourselves in stability at the GM and management positions. Stable leadership is essential to any long term growth. The current GM is a proven, compassionate capable leader. Culture first is his mission. I am confident that the store will continue to grow under his direction. We are investing millions in people, the facility and training in an effort to improve both the employee and the customer experience. Finally, if you have a specific issue around your compensation please reach out directly to Lisa our HR Director. We want to be certain that if you are owed compensation, that you receive your share. I am sorry that things did not work out between us. I wish you the best in your next job. KS/CEO of MAG
