Pros

Week long extensive sales training program, that is immediately forgotten and advised to put out of your mind as soon as you get to your store (exception being the Mazda store). One price car shopping takes the hassle out of back a forth negotiating...most of the time.

Cons

Although they tout that they are unique, and have a different approach to cars sales, they are a typical numbers driven sell at all costs dealership. Most stores ignore the week long training approach taught to new hires, and instead adopt a sink or swim approach for newbies. Little to no support for new hires. Was not given a desk, phone or computer logins for 3 weeks and then was fired after 5 weeks because I was not selling cars. Most of the "ups" come via phone calls or through the Internet Sales Dept. who are suppose to round robin the leads off to sales but instead pick their favorites and give them the majority of the "ups."
