      Pros

      Morrison Healthcare has provided lots of resources and tools to help me do my job. They are goal-oriented. They provide challenges which is key to career growth. They recognize job performance. They provide education and career growth opportunities. They recognize and support the balance of work and life.

      Cons

      One downside is they haven't found an alternative dietitian staff to provide coverage for vacations & paid time off.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
