      Great Company for Dietitians - Clinical Dietitian Morrison Healthcare Employee Review

      Pros

      Lots of tools, resources and support from daily job duties to implementation and quality improvement. Along with that, they provide a magnitude of training opportunities for learning but also advancement. They have an RD development plan which is great if you are looking to advance within the field. Morrison also provides annual costs to be an RD such as licensure. The amount of PTO days is also a huge plus!

      Cons

      It is contract food service which does have some uncertainty when the contract is up for bid. Advancement opportunities may require relocation.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      Cons

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
