      Pros

      good benefits( and the company provides opportunities for growth in your career by providing CEU's and offering financial assistance for school. they also pay for most continuing education other and required costs, such as maintenance feed for keeping your license, CDR fees, etc

      Cons

      the yearly raises are not good. don't expect to be making much more money from your starting salary even after years working for them. have experienced some "stingy-ness" from the company as far as money goes even though they are a multi-million dollar company

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
