Worst Company Ever! Morrison at Healthsouth Miami is the worst - Anonymous employee Morrison Healthcare Employee Review

Being harrassed and discriminated at work was an everyday thing. Supervisors and Directors all were friends and never cared for their employees. The pay is low for what they ask you to do. There's zero consideration towards others. This company is supposedly "drug-free" but this was the first workplace I ever saw people handling drugs. There's no respect at all, so being yelled at for whatever reason was ok. You could call the hotline who watches over their employees and express your concerns but in my case my director and regional director were friends so they erased my case from the system and pretended nothing happened. Zero professionalism, no respect, no leadership from supervisors and directors at all. The dietician who just got hired don't even know how to care for the patients, who I feel very sorry for. No career growth at all. Worst experience ever in my life.. Thank god I left.
