Pros
Lots of Work, Great focus on Healthy Food. Not the frozen meals of old but fresh produce, primal cuts of meat, Local Sourced Foods. Great Company Support. Pretty Much a 5 day work week, mostly days 6am-7am until 3pm-4pm Mon-Friday. Holidays off, Benefits are good.
Cons
Limited Growth Potential, Exec. Chef is an entry level position. Growth in the company is limited unless you want to be front of the house.
