Morrison and Compass Group are a great place to work with, when hired as a manager you’re expected to function at manager level and treated as a manager, no micromanagement and only asks to meet expectations of job description and excel at what you do. Senior company leadership shows up to your account and makes you feel supported, you receive a lot of support from peers, company has the best resources for training. I was hired with little experience to food service but great experience in healthcare and patient experience and was paid very well for my professional experience plus given more than enough chances to train for the job I was given and all what needed to promote me across the past 5 years working with Morrison.
