      Job responsibilities are vague or unclear and vary widely between accounts. Very little training. Some locations actively pursue the firing of long-term employees to create availabilities for new hires at much lower pay.

      Customers and parents are always nice Ok pay

      Cons

      Managers do not follow company policy. Managers are racist and will verbally abuse and threaten you. Sick time and vacation time does not roll over. You cannot use sick time for doctor's appointments. Insane amount of micromanagement to the point where it prevents you from doing your job.
