      Pros

      12 hour shifts are nice. Means more full days off.

      Cons

      The company cannot be trusted. Wrote a confidential email to the company and they forwarded it to my boss. No holiday pay. You must pay for your food ( meal plan gives a small discount, but really?!?!) Management is often gone or leaves early due to son's football camps.

      Pros

      Customers and parents are always nice Ok pay

      Cons

      Managers do not follow company policy. Managers are racist and will verbally abuse and threaten you. Sick time and vacation time does not roll over. You cannot use sick time for doctor's appointments. Insane amount of micromanagement to the point where it prevents you from doing your job.
