      The paycheck Manger is nice

      Cons

      12 to 13 hour shifts sometimes back to back Dealing with rude and upset patience’s Having to deal with others mistakes and being the punching bag. There’s also some favoritism for people who have children they get privileges that childfree people don’t. Such as putting all the holiday work onto childfree people and assuming they don’t have family of their own.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
