Short staff manager that micromanage -management will have you compete against other staff that work there. Blatant favoritism towards older employees vs. younger employees. Management will email you indirectly and CC all other staff about a personal situation you had. But you wont know because management doesn't address the situation with you. You'll have to guess if it's you or not. When you finally decide to speak with management they wont address the situation clearly and properly. Pay-is bare minimum good employees got a $0.50 raise with a promotion -poor pay illegal cameras in the back office and in the mail room that don't give security access The turnover rate for this position is high due to poor management.
