Pros

Great projects to work with, high quality work, as far as a construction company, technologies and methods are advanced compared to others, and great direction towards BIM importance within projects

Cons

Work/Life balance is more of an idea than an actual practice. Company lacks minority representation within the management structure. Frequently bending over backwards to meet client demands outside the requirements made it feel like wasting time in non-value added work.

Pros

- Huge company with a lot of resources. - Cool projects.

Cons

- Pay is not great especially for the amount of hours they want you to put in. - They do not pay for experience. So, it’s a good place to start, but if you have experience, go somewhere else. - They hire and promote way too quickly which means inexperienced people are in charge. - If you work in the field, you will be putting in 50-60 hours a week often and they justify it by saying you get subsistence. Do the math, you’re not getting paid very well at those hours even with subsistence. Also subsistence is a benefit for traveling, not justification for overusing employees. - While a lot of the people are good, it is a very political atmosphere.
