Pros

Flexibility Great PTO time HSA contributions and 4% 401k Match Visible efforts for Inclusion & Diversity

Cons

Disregard of low level positions Bonuses given to some project team members only to exclude other team members who are essential to the project Ability to easily be swept aside whether it's selecting a mentor, voicing interest in other positions, or taking on more tasks. If you aren't standing on a desk top screaming it daily, good luck getting someone to hear you.

Pros

- Huge company with a lot of resources. - Cool projects.

Cons

- Pay is not great especially for the amount of hours they want you to put in. - They do not pay for experience. So, it’s a good place to start, but if you have experience, go somewhere else. - They hire and promote way too quickly which means inexperienced people are in charge. - If you work in the field, you will be putting in 50-60 hours a week often and they justify it by saying you get subsistence. Do the math, you’re not getting paid very well at those hours even with subsistence. Also subsistence is a benefit for traveling, not justification for overusing employees. - While a lot of the people are good, it is a very political atmosphere.
