Pros

Relatively easy to get through interviewing.

Cons

- They terminated an employee with no prior warning just a couple weeks after they explained to their manager the affects an extreme sleep difficulty was having. - Their health insurance seemed more of a hinderance than anything else. - They were misleading on bonus eligibility in the recruitment and offer process. - I had little contact at all with my manager who had 45-50 direct reports and thus no professional relationships. - I felt there was excessive group think pushed on both work and non-work (I.e.: political) topics. So much top down micro-management it stifles everything. - I felt I wasn’t valued other than the money I was paid, despite coming with prior experience.

Pros

- Huge company with a lot of resources. - Cool projects.

Cons

- Pay is not great especially for the amount of hours they want you to put in. - They do not pay for experience. So, it’s a good place to start, but if you have experience, go somewhere else. - They hire and promote way too quickly which means inexperienced people are in charge. - If you work in the field, you will be putting in 50-60 hours a week often and they justify it by saying you get subsistence. Do the math, you’re not getting paid very well at those hours even with subsistence. Also subsistence is a benefit for traveling, not justification for overusing employees. - While a lot of the people are good, it is a very political atmosphere.
