Pros

Generally really cares about the people that work for them. Lots of team builders, great people to work with and a focus on safety and the well being of its employees.

Cons

If you’re on the road it’s expected of you to work much longer hours in exchange for the per diem pay. Sometimes this can be as much as 70 or 80 hours a week with rotation.

Pros

- Huge company with a lot of resources. - Cool projects.

Cons

- Pay is not great especially for the amount of hours they want you to put in. - They do not pay for experience. So, it’s a good place to start, but if you have experience, go somewhere else. - They hire and promote way too quickly which means inexperienced people are in charge. - If you work in the field, you will be putting in 50-60 hours a week often and they justify it by saying you get subsistence. Do the math, you’re not getting paid very well at those hours even with subsistence. Also subsistence is a benefit for traveling, not justification for overusing employees. - While a lot of the people are good, it is a very political atmosphere.
