Pros

Solid brand recognition and product awareness in most markets and business segments

Cons

Poor management and leadership. Lack of concern for customer experience and quality of service and product over the last several years. Many customers are very frustrated with dealing with Morton for their orders and the full process. They spend at least 25% more time dealing with the order process from start to finish. There are numerous product supply issues across all segments. Customer service is overwhelmed and lacks full competency.

We are currently working on a supply chain network optimization project that will improve our overall ability to service customer needs an enhance the overall customer experience.
