We’re confident our programs meet or exceed the industry standard across the board and we’ve invested in all-new programs including the Well-Being Programs, Virgin Pulse and other health related benefits. As far as our operations, while it’s true we have closed facilities, we’re making immediate and significant investments in other places that will benefit the long-term health of our company and its employees.
