Terrible - Mechanic Morton Salt Employee Review

Communication was horrible between upper management and employees. Mostly because it's being ran by incompetent people. Policies only apply when it's beneficial to the company so your constantly watching your back. The union strong brotherhood is just a joke. Nothing but back stabbers and rotten personalities. If you want to work your life away with little to any appreciation from the company then this is the circus for you.
