Pros
The pay was alright better Than a lot of other jobs that are available in this field. I’ve work with multiple pest control companies and have had the opportunity to see how each company operates. Mosquito joe is a company that I really enjoyed working for the owner and staff were very kind and really made it easy to work and feel comfortable. We’re had nice new trucks and all the equipment needed. We also had tablets to take care of all the accounts information for the day it also made it easier to clooin and out. We also got to take the work trucks home which is great that I don’t have to use mine . The staff made all the appointments ahead of time and took care of billing. Mostly all the jobs are already paid for ahead of time so if no one is home you could just do the job and get to next . We only treated for mosquitos and Ticks mainly. This treatment involves Carrying a Large back pack blower ever job to do the treatment. Since this is a seasonal job they lay you off in the winter time
Cons
Some of the cons I have for the job are being paid biweekly really is the main thing . Sometimes I would have a certain amount of jobs per day and then last minute they would give you more. We mainly use the tablets for filling out all information for each job and we use an app to get in touch with customers. You always had to let them know when you start and finish. however if the area you are treating has bad service it makes it difficult to fill out all treatment information and get in touch with customers .
