This is a terrible company to work for. You will be micromanaged to a level most never have to worry about. You will be given little to no training but expected to know everything. The new GM who took over is clueless and had never been more than a sales manager but will run everyone down because he doesn't understand operations. The owner is a disgusting human being with some very off-putting behavior. I would highly recommend females avoid this company at all costs. Payroll is never correct. It's long hours and management will expect you to answer after hours as an hourly worker.
