      - very flexible schedule -some solid accounts - easy to coast

      Cons

      - 0 training - management checks out around 2/3pm even though AEs are expected to work and set meetings (SVP level ) - weeks often would go by with no check ins or meetings about how to gain business - lay offs

      Pros

      Easy interview process. Recruiter worked for me and wanted to see my get the job.

      Cons

      Only con was it took a while to finally start the job, but that wasn't Motion's fault.
