      Pros

      Great training, amazing support from experienced recruiters, and a warm, welcoming office that treats you like family. Also, not only do you learn recruiter skills but also sales skills as well! They also only promote from within and management's attention to detail keep you focused on long-term career goals not just quarterly performance goals.

      Cons

      Unlike other recruitment firms you're locked into one specific tech focus. Works best for the company and not necessarily a bad thing - you learn one technology very well & gain the ability to "talk the talk" with developers & managers where other "general" tech recruiters aren't as strong.

      Easy interview process. Recruiter worked for me and wanted to see my get the job.

      Cons

      Only con was it took a while to finally start the job, but that wasn't Motion's fault.

      - Free Bagels - Good training

      Cons

      Pay is far below what the role demands. Management is unprofessional and sets unrealistic expectations with little recognition or reward. No commission is paid until 10 full-time placements are made. Health insurance benefits are poor. A culture of bullying is tolerated and goes unaddressed. Employees are encouraged to mislead candidates and use their personal information to generate more sales, which raises serious ethical concerns.
