      Pros

      Training: I started at motion with minimal sales experience and zero recruiting experience. Motion will provide you with all the resources you need to succeed. Weekly and custom training provided from day one until you're running an office. Office Culture: The ups and downs of staffing can really rock your world if you don't have a strong support system. I've met some of the best people at this job with all different kinds of personalities.

      Cons

      Like many others it took us a pandemic to realize we could do this job from home :) Luckily though we are a company that can adapt quickly and we did just that. We've been able to keep our strong training model, hold onto our strong culture and still produce while being remote.

      Easy interview process. Recruiter worked for me and wanted to see my get the job.

      Only con was it took a while to finally start the job, but that wasn't Motion's fault.

      - Free Bagels - Good training

      Cons

      Pay is far below what the role demands. Management is unprofessional and sets unrealistic expectations with little recognition or reward. No commission is paid until 10 full-time placements are made. Health insurance benefits are poor. A culture of bullying is tolerated and goes unaddressed. Employees are encouraged to mislead candidates and use their personal information to generate more sales, which raises serious ethical concerns.
