Pros
I was brought in with recruiting experience, so my base compensation it very doable! Training here is great, even with starting out a job 100% remote they really do an awesome job of making sure you are given the proper tools to succeed in your position. There is on going training/role plays as well to make sure you are confident in making sales calls. Again, even remotely this company has a great culture they've instilled. Everyone in my office is super supportive and willing to help out if you ask for it! Tons of opportunity as well for internal movement. There are promotions every week it seems like. A lot of people have been promoted to management and get to chose what office they would like to move to since company is opening new offices in new cities every year
Cons
Benefits could be a little better. laptop is kinda crappy. Bonus structure could be better as well. If you are in sales, you only bonus off of your accounts, and not candidates you bring in which might make it difficult for someone who is just starting out in sales. But, uncapped potential once you get the ball rolling and office shares leads lots of the time!
