Pros
-in depth training, much higher level of investment in employees than is typical for entry level roles -immediately start as full desk -high income potential -fun work culture if you want to be in a young office with people who like to go out and like EDM -hybrid
Cons
-fully remote not an option unless you are a TA (sourcer, no sales) -no commission until you do 10 deals -can be clique-y and social environment is difficult if you don’t like to go out/ like EDM -benefits aren’t the best -no diversity- everyone is white/ white presenting and there is absolutely no thought given to DEI or diversity recruiting
