1. Amazing and Friendly team culture. 2. Team based culture and teams. 3. Top class training where management makes it a point to try to teach junior members. 4. Tons of advancement opportunity 5. Once again, the people that are in this office are all great! 6. substantial financial opportunity. 7. Management will work with you to help with work life balance, stress, among other issues to help you succeed personally and professionally.
Cons
1. Can be stressful as expected in a sales environment and for me was difficult to not take home daily.3 2. Numbers driven to a point. If you are someone looking to be average or coast, this isn’t for you. 3. Low starting base (still designed to work as needed for the area)
