Pros
They train you really well. You can become an expert level recruiter quickly.
Cons
They don’t prep you for the sales side of the job as much and only measure success by numbers but by the amount of work put in which is the leading cause of their high turnover rates as of late. Management is also for lack of a better word toxic, with two exceptions, Brandon T and Shaun, they have a lot of great advice and lead my example not by pressuring the junior recruiters to just “keep calling”. All of this coupled with the low pay just made this an impossible job to see career growth within.
