Good training Room for growth because if you stick around they have no choice but to promote you.
Cons
Wants you to make money so they can take it all for themselfs. You don’t see your commission for all the hard work you do until 3 months later. Yet upper management gets paid out your commission right away. Most women manger’s at this company are bullies. They will talk crap about you behind your back. Slam doors in your face. Talk about how ugly you look and try and compete against you in every way possible. Upper management will allow this type of behavior and turn a blind eye to it, when all there is left to do is quit because nothing gets done about terrible, mean and cruel behavior.
