This job is really great, especially in the SDR role there is a lot of opportunity in a starer role. People who are willing to work hard get rewarded quickly and there is always the chance to talk to the CEO, upper management, and anyone with suggestions, questions, or feedback. As for the company, calling leads to a generally positive response when people here the company we call from is KeepTruckin. We have a strong positive reputation both to our competitors and to our current and potential clients. The office has a good balance of tenure so there are lots of opportunities to learn while still having fun.
Cons
The atmosphere in sales in particular has a high focus on competition, however a low focus on training, causing a bit of tension with little opportunity for modification.
