Pros
Lots of talented and smart coworkers (though most of the good ones are gone now). Good food, fancy office, monthly happy hours (not sure how many of those benefits will exist going forward).
Cons
Plenty of cons that all point back to dysfunctional leadership. Leadership strategy has been a complete disaster, directly or indirectly contributing to two massive rounds of layoffs. Leadership fails to make effective decisions based on data or the knowledge of subject matter experts, and then doesn't hold itself accountable for poor decisions. Leadership's inability to focus or to be decisive leads to conflicts of interest or other issues that grind progress to a halt for the people actually executing on KT's vision. This inefficiency is worsened by organizational complexities and dysfunction, such as unnecessarily complicated and vertical management hierarchy. Compensation is no longer competitive when you account for reneged bonuses.
