Good food, competitive salary, some great co workers (though most of them have been laid off by now)
Cons
Little work-life balance, unreal expectations, management says one thing one day and totally opposite thing the other day. Poor strategy, toxic culture and no empathy for employees and HR is technically non-existent.

Sorry to hear about your experience at KeepTruckin. We’re proud of the HR team we’ve built and want every employee to feel like they’re heard and supported. We’re definitely saddened to hear that wasn’t your experience. If you’d like to discuss further, please email us at opendoor@keeptruckin.com. - Ron Storn, Chief People Officer
Strong people and culture. Genuinely good colleagues, a collaborative environment, and a place where talented people want to do good work. After many years here, the quality of the people is the thing I'd point to first.
Real mission and real product. The work matters — building technology that has a tangible safety impact in the physical world. That gives the work a sense of purpose that's hard to find elsewhere.
Cons
Leadership and organizational clarity could be stronger. As the company has grown, clearer direction, more consistent decision-making, and steadier organizational structure would help people do their best work.
Uncertainty. Periods of structural and strategic change can create a sense of instability that's tiring over time, even for people who are otherwise very committed to the company.
