      Good benefits package, Solid team working environment, Has the potential for a good envirment.

      Cons

      Commission is not consistant to many changes in mid air. No direct understanding of the role, is it sales or appointment setter. Get someone who knows how to run an inside sales program from the ground up or it will self destruct seen it to many times.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
