Cons
1. Lots of things depend on your line manager including your promotion and career progression. If you are lucky to get an advanced manager your life in the company will be much easier otherwise you risk to become demotivated which would definitely affect your efficiency at work. 2. Little or no incentives for lower grades. 3. On practice company applies different principles/values in different parts of the world
