Pros
This is indeed a good company to work for! Staff can get a chance to work on some of the world's most exciting and challenging projects. The team work and efforts taken by managers to keep up the team bonding is exemplary. And most importantly, the culture promotes learning which is the key to personal and professional growth.
Cons
Like all other companies there are areas for improvement but I can already see the management making efforts on a regular basis to bring about positive changes across the company at many levels.
