Pros
Been at Motts for 13 years its seen me travel all over the world doing challenging, interesting and meaningful work. If I've seen opportunity or if I've wanted to develop an idea and have been able to make a case for it, I've been supported and encouraged. Employee owned which makes it more stable and allows a longer term strategic outlook. Sound ethical culture. I've tried the grass in a few places and I've not seen greener.
Cons
As with all multi dis/multi national businesses there is overlap between the various units which can lead to frustrations/tensions. Its not the best payer in the market but you have to trade that off against security (employee owned and very stable) and the access to opportunity, which is considerable if you are willing to take it.
