Pros
MM is flexible and accommodating. I initially joined other team and transferred to the other team. HR and senior managers were very encouraging and accommodating with my request. MM is very large organisation so you will encounter lots of opportunities. If you were a go and getter, it will be good for you. MM also support international transfer. I've seen many staff moving globally. You will work some of large projects nationally and internationally. It is a norm to have telecons internationally.
Cons
As many large organisation, MM is not quite integrated as it should be. Each business units work very independently which makes it really hard to understand about the organisation. Although they are planning to integrate global business unit more closely, MM needs to work on the integration more.
