Pros
As a company with such a global reach it is possible to work on wide variety of international projects gaining good exposure from around the world. There is always opportunity to learn in a company such as MM from the project work but also from the availability of specialists in almost every engineering field.
Cons
As with any large scale company it can be difficult to progress up through the ranks due to the relatively flat hierarchy and number of employees. Furthermore due to the nature of the consultancy business it can be easy to neglect the correct work/life balance during the busiest periods.
