* Low standard of Salary w.r.t. international/local norms. No competitive salary
* No facilities such as relocation allowance, others, perks, etc. for people on contract.
* No clear retention policy for contractual employees
* Very less projects in the national scenario where other companies are booming, even project presence in all verticals is very less or none
* Site employees have a very less or not at all interaction with the people in H.O. and are basically looked down upon
*Company hires new people each day but does not give any preference to the already working much more experienced personnel on contractual basis. The no. of employees resigning are more than the hired ones, if anybody at senior or top level is reading this can cross-check with the company records.
* Grading policy is not proactively conveyed to the contractual employees.
* Performance review is done but not heard of any further action on the same.
