Cons
Salary increase done as a % not taking into account starting wage, due to the size of company its difficult to negotiate salary increases as this is done by someone in upper management who you have no contact with suspect this might be by design to keep down overheads. Difficult to negotiate salary/ promotion as a result despite producing work that is regularly being praised by others. Old fashioned ways of doing things on some projects, certain staff need to update their ways of working and take advantage of digital tech is disheartening to see older staff who should have retired years ago doing same job half as efficiently being paid double salary especially as this will impact your own salary increase in order to keep budgets level. PDR's should be done with the same person or at least someone you have worked with previously for consistency otherwise they seem meaningless.
