Improved my resource management skills, built network via enterprise training sessions, increased GIS and agile methodology domain knowledge, and learned interesting facts about sustainability and construction engineering environmental design dependencies. Also, I felt heard and valued after my project risk reporting was addressed by leadership and a major issue avoided.

My labor cost became commercially restrictive after leadership changes at a strategic client. I was impacted during an Oct. Reduction in Force post a re-org.
