Pros
There are many others who you can share your trauma and grief. You'll learn how to deal with bullying bosses. You'll learn how to work with no self respect and self esteem. Low pay but good retirement benefits. Good health plan too.
Cons
Management from the top down just plain stinks. There are a few bright stars in management but they are squashed promptly. It's a lot like a multi level marketing scheme in that the managers really believe they are smart and are doing the right thing. But they are only doing the right thing for themselves. Human resources and the advocacy they give is atrocious.
