No upward feedback for Management in review cycles. The only tech company I have worked for where you cannot give feedback on a manager. There are people in leadership roles who are not cut out for it, but the CEO likes them so they stay as long as he feels fit.
HR needs an overhaul - they need more people to manage the culture as the company grows. I've seen employees doing the work of HR, and that should not be the case.
Performance reviews are confusing and there's no real benchmark for getting a raise or promotion. It's at the discretion of managers. No incremental raises here.
