Pros

Remote work. Some good people. New office.

Cons

The company does not align with the image it portrayed during the interview process. While managers emphasize the importance of teamwork, employees often feel inadequate or like a burden when seeking clarification. There is an expectation to resolve issues without proper documentation, which is either outdated or completely absent. The role is not at all what was advertised. You are expected to take on additional tasks to help others earn their bonuses, yet there are no monetary incentives or rewards for your extra efforts. The salary is low, and the lack of financial recognition makes it hard to stay motivated or feel appreciated in this position. Diversity is clearly not a priority, and feeling like an outsider is common. The culture is highly siloed, strongly emphasizing tenure and whether you “fit the mold,” rather than fostering inclusivity or collaboration.

Pros

- Movable has an amazing culture with great people. It's so much easier to collaborate cross functionally at a place like this when their are so many kind people in other functions that genuinely want to help you move forward. - Very flexible with WFH and remote work. Great benefits. - Strong ENT customer list with some of the biggest brands in the world - Love the attention to events and getting in front of prospects/clients - Rare to see an executive team as accessible and helpful as this one - Diverse culture amongst the team I'm on and the teams we interact with

Cons

- Can always use more enablement for career growth which seems to be a new focus this year - Clearer paths to promotion/raises

Pros

Real career development. I've grown significantly over my tenure here, taking on increasing responsibility across a global scope. That kind of trajectory requires a culture that actually backs its people. Values-driven leadership. Integrity and excellence aren't just wall art here. Leadership consistently models the behavior it expects, which builds real trust across the org. The work is meaningful and complex. This is a company where you're solving hard problems with smart people. If you want to be challenged, you will be. The culture has staying power. Long tenure across the team is common, and it's not by accident. People stay because there's always a next challenge and a next level. Resilience through change. The company has navigated significant transitions while keeping its culture largely intact. That's not easy and speaks to the strength of the foundation.

Cons

Growth and change bring ambiguity. If you need a perfectly structured environment to thrive, that's worth knowing going in. If you lean into it, the upside is real.
