Pros

This is an ok place to work for those individuals who have just graduated college, but my advice would be to get in, put in your 6 months to gain experience, and then get out ASAP.

Cons

They don't value their loyal employees They never give raises They ask their employees to take a 60% pay cut and expect them to be ok with it. They feed you a line of garbage, stating that they value you, then turn around and stab you in the back.

Pros

The work itself is not difficult

Cons

They want to keep the contract from the client so they keep adding more and more tasks without adding more and more people. Agents have to jump through hoops to pass multiple background checks and have about 4-5 days of training in an online class for a job that needs two weeks
