Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits and nice location.
Cons
Company culture is lacking.
Management doesn't always nurture employees for advancement or mentor.
Like many San Diego tech companies, pay is decent, but not great relative to the high cost of living in SD. Whereas L.A. and San Francisco corporations pay more to accommodate for how expensive it is to live in those cities.

Thanks for the feedback - we aren't perfect, that is for sure, and we aren't a good fit for everyone. For employees that are hungry to contribute, humble to learn and take responsibility for their growth, it can be a perfect fit!
Competitive salary, really great organization and team work, they care about you and offer a lot of benefits to prevent burnouts
Cons
It's a product oriented company, which is good, but sometimes you have to do a lot of context switches between different clients, and can be a bit annoying, but nothing to worry much about it.
