Pros

- Very little politics. People are friendly. - Sincere, well-organized interview process - Generous of knowledge sharing and provide all work support - Emphasize on Teamwork - Encourage employees to learn (read non-work related books) and be volunteers - Higher management really being very supportive

Cons

-Sometime hold too many events thus employees can't really be focused. -Willing to cultivate and coach employees (daily management) but seems no time to put too much effort.

Pros

The company tries extremely hard at building a world-class business. It has shifted global resources to specific business areas that it thinks will improve processes and customer retention, and has its hear tin the right place. Moxa has a very good health and benefit system, a company bonus structure that is for the most part fair. It's tough to get in as the company works hard to hire and retain the right people

Cons

Unfortunately, there is a giant communication and execution gap between the Taiwan office and its regional offices - yes, I know this exists all over but at Moxa this gap becomes a unspoken sore point to employees that don't drink the kool-aid, and obvious to customers that see us scrambling constantly to get our different business groups and cultures lined up to win consistent global business. I do think there is a glass ceiling at Moxa, if you are not part of the existing power structure it is very difficult to get inside based on your achievements alone.
