Pros

My observation and feelings about Moxa conclude with below 5 points: 1. Willing to invest resources to develop employees and give them opportunities 2. Willing to delegate projects to employees and support / help them to complete (mentor & teamwork spirits) 3. Good Culture (people orientated, open-mind, sharing, learning from each other, caring) 4. Without hierarchy (respect employees ) 5. Learn from your peers/management to get self-improvement (HR made efforts to build up selection process firmly to choose the right and the best people, therefore, it brings many chances that your colleagues make you growth when collaborated--->work with smart with good personality people)

Cons

In general, I think Moxa is a good company for talents to join and growth up with. The main improvement is that sometimes it take a lot of time to reach consensus before execution. Usually, decision making process is quite long. Other advise for the people who want to join Moxa: Unlike other local companies in Taiwan, new employees (especially with years of experiences)may need more time to adapt /meet Moxa’s requirement / standard (mindset: need to willing to take challenges, overcome self weakness, continuing self-improvement...etc.

Pros

The company tries extremely hard at building a world-class business. It has shifted global resources to specific business areas that it thinks will improve processes and customer retention, and has its hear tin the right place. Moxa has a very good health and benefit system, a company bonus structure that is for the most part fair. It's tough to get in as the company works hard to hire and retain the right people

Cons

Unfortunately, there is a giant communication and execution gap between the Taiwan office and its regional offices - yes, I know this exists all over but at Moxa this gap becomes a unspoken sore point to employees that don't drink the kool-aid, and obvious to customers that see us scrambling constantly to get our different business groups and cultures lined up to win consistent global business. I do think there is a glass ceiling at Moxa, if you are not part of the existing power structure it is very difficult to get inside based on your achievements alone.
